Koyo celebrates the art of omakase cuisine in an intimate atmosphere, offering each guest an exclusive dining experience. Inspired by classic Japanese architectural references, the intricate wood veneer paneling and the large gate pay homage to the rich ancestry of traditional Japanese worship temples. The indirect light washes over darker finishes along the walls, setting a dramatic mood for an unique culinary journey.
