Westar is proud to unveil Ecrin restaurant one of the many jewels within the Michelin Guide Awarded The Burman Hotel in Tallinn. Écrin is a pearl in modern European dining and deserves a round of applause on its own.

Timeless elegance and contemporary flair are achieved through a combination of historical architectural elements and thoughtful symmetry, particularly the pre-existing classical columns, framing the dining and bar areas and evoking a sense of permanence.

The contrasting colors and classical details further stage the space for a curated sensory journey.
